SCG establishes joint venture logistics company in Indonesia29 June 2017, Published under Cement NewsSCG Cement - Building Materials Company (SCG), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Siam Cement Co (SCC) and PT Barito Investa Prima, have agreed to establish PT SCG Barito Logistics in Indonesia. The investment has an enterprise value of approximately THB162m (US$4.8m), whereby SCC will hold an indirect stake of 49 per cent through SCG, PT Barito Investa Prima will hold the remainder.
